Booking and arrival
Essential details for planning and confirming your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is there a minimum stay?
- Please contact us if you need a shorter stay than the minimum listed below.
- Humming Bird Five Bedroom Lake Front House: available year-round with a two-night minimum.
- Deluxe Three Bedroom Lake Front Cottages 41 and 43: available year-round with a two-night minimum.
- Lakefront Cottages 1–11: available May 1 through October 31 with a two-night minimum. Weekend stays check in on Friday.
Do you require a security deposit?
- A $250 security deposit is required for each accommodation. It is refunded after check-out once the unit has been inspected and found free of damage, excessive cleaning needs, or other charges.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What to pack and what you will find around the resort.
What should I bring?
- Each accommodation uses a septic system and purified lake-water system. Bring drinking water if you prefer bottled water.
- A coverlet is provided on each bed. Linens and toiletries can be supplied for an additional charge.
- Pillows, sheets, pillowcases or sleeping bags
- Bath towels and kitchen linens
- Hand soap, shampoo, and personal toiletries
- A properly fitted personal flotation device (PFD) for each person going on the water
- Toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels
- Flashlights for possible power outages
- Sunscreen and insect repellent
Do you have common guest areas?
- Yes. A 50-by-40-foot dock at the beach includes picnic tables for enjoying the view. A second 10-by-20-foot dock provides another place to relax by the water.
Do you have a beach?
- Yes. Guests have access to a private sandy beach with a shallow entry. The lake gets gradually deeper as you walk out.
Do you offer RV or boat storage?
- Yes. Our outdoor storage facility can accommodate recreational and commercial equipment, including boats, RVs, fleet vehicles, cars, trucks, and ATVs. Contact us for availability.

When is the resort open?
- Cottage season runs from May 1 through October 31.
- The vacation house and cottages are available throughout the year. Low season is November 1 through April 30, and high season is May 1 through October 31.
