Resort policies

Please review these guidelines before booking. Contact us if you need clarification for your accommodation or travel dates.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please report any damage or cleanliness concern to the property manager when you arrive.

Minimum stays and availability

The vacation house and three-bedroom cottages are available year-round with a two-night minimum. Seasonal lakefront cottages are generally available from May 1 through October 31 and require a two-night minimum. Weekend stays normally check in on Friday.

Deposits, payment and cancellations

Required deposits are due when a reservation is made. Cancellation and refund eligibility can vary by timing and reservation terms. Confirm the applicable terms shown during booking or contact the resort before completing payment.

Occupancy and visitors

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please notify the property manager before receiving daytime visitors. Guests are responsible for their visitors and must stay within the occupancy shown for their selected accommodation.

Property access and safety

The property manager may access an accommodation when reasonably required for inspection, maintenance or urgent repairs. Children must be supervised around the lake, docks and fire pits. Bring properly fitted personal flotation devices for every person using the water.
